Among the main topics of the 32nd听Congress which will cover all fields of Paediatric Surgery, especially serious and ambivalent neonatal, paediatric and adolescent issues, for which there are different approaches,听鈥淭he battered child鈥�听is the main topic of the Congress.
础听Clinical Colorectal Course and Workshop for Paediatric Surgeonswill be held, with interest in some of the main topics of the Congress, i.e.,Congenital Anorectal Malformations and Hirschsprung鈥檚 Disease. A team of distinguished surgeons led by听Prof. Marc Levitt听(OH, USA) will perform operations on selected patients, and those who join will have the opportunity to meet them and discuss in real-time practical issues on surgical treatment.听Prof. Timothy Lee, Huston, Texas, USA and听Prof. Stuart Hosie, M眉nchen, Germany will be also medical coordinators of the Workshop.
The workshop will be held on听Thursday,听October 3 (morning+afternoon) and Friday, October 4, 2019 (morning) in the operating theaters of 鈥淧anagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou鈥� Children鈥檚 Hospital. A real-time interactive communication system will connect the OR with the hospital鈥檚 amphitheater, where the participants of the workshop will attend the operations.
